RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Vero’s Bites is a premium artisanal chocolate brand that aims at providing you with the best possible experience. If your order is not up to your satisfaction, you are welcome to read through our returns and refunds policy and contact us accordingly.

Please be reminded that we exclusively use natural ingredients in all our products, therefore, to request a return or refund, kindly ensure your order meets the criteria mentioned below.

1. RETURN & EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY
  • You received the wrong order

  • Your order was delivered damaged

  • The product is not used and is in its original package

How to request a return?

  • Report the issue within 2 hours of delivery*

  • Send a Whatsapp message clearly explaining the issue with your order to the number mentioned below

  • Send a clear photograph of the issue to the same contact number

Upon confirmation from our team, returns will be processed ASAP and the correct order will be re-sent with no additional charge.

*Please note: after 2 hours, we will NOT accept any return requests

2. REFUNDS ELIGIBILITY

Refunds are usually NOT accepted unless your order fits the following criteria:

  • If we sent you a wrong order

  • If the product is out of stock after purchase

How to request a refund?

  • Report the issue with the order within 8 hours of delivery*

  • Send a Whatsapp message clearly explaining the issue with your order to the number mentioned below

  • Send a clear photograph or screenshot of the issue to the same contact number

Upon confirmation from our team, refunds will be processed within 72 hours at the latest using the original payment method or as store credit upon your request.

*Please note: after 8 hours, we will NOT accept any refund requests

3. UNACCEPTED REQUESTS

If your order does not meet the criterion mentioned in the terms above, your request will not be accepted. 

Additionally, we do not accept returns, exchange or refunds for:

  • Items reported after the time limit mentioned above

  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer

  • Products that have been opened or consumed
